At first I tasted the turkey meat (better than the turkey thighs, which is softer) Saffron rubbed on the meat and salted the meat a little for 10-15 minutes then waited inside the pot with a small chopped onion with water and I cooked the yellow onion. In the last 10 minutes we pour a few drops of lemon juice into the cooking meat.
I made the rice separately and finally shredded the meat on the rice. I also washed the barberry and sautéed in the oil after the rinse and sprinkled a little sugar and decorated with saffron rice.
