Coco vegetable is one of the types of Iranian fast food that is nowadays used as a Finger Food and snack at parties and gatherings. Coconut greens are usually made of coconut and egg greens, though they add ingredients like barberry and walnuts when they want to make it more.


Ingredients

  • 1 g coconut greens
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Barberry; 1 tbsp
  • Walnuts; 1 tbsp
  • Enough salt and black pepper
  • Enough oil and turmeric

Recipe

first stage

First, crush the coconut greens after rinsing them in a small baking dish and sauté with some of the liquid oil in a pan to make the coconut a little fried. At this point, you should not overeat the vegetable because it will destroy all the vegetable properties.

Another thing about roasting chicken is that roasting a lot of vegetables will make the color of the roast too dark by the end of baking. After the roasting is finished, remove the pan and set aside to cool.

At this point, break the eggs into a suitable bowl then add some salt, black pepper and turmeric to the eggs and mix well with a fork until they are fully coated. Go away.

Step Four

It is best to soak the barberry in a little water to soften it. At this stage, chop the walnut kernels as desired and add the eggs to the bowl with the barberry. Re-mix the ingredients inside the bowl to bring them together.

Step Five

Let the cucumber rise to ambient temperature then add it to the bowl containing the eggs and mix until uniform. The important thing at this point is to let the cucumber be cool because if the cucumber is hot it will harden the eggs while mixing.

Step Six

After the coconut is prepared, place a suitable pan on the heat and add a little liquid oil and allow the oil to heat up. At this point we can fry the cookies in several ways. The first method, which is the most common method, is to put all the cocoa powder in one pan and make the vegetable coco in one piece.

Step Seven

After pouring the coconut into the pan, sprinkle with a spoon so that the thickness of the coconut is uniform throughout the pan. After the bottom of Coco is fried, we return it to fry the other side.

Step Eight

You can use a variety of metal molds for frying coconut greens, or fry the coconuts in a hand like frying pan and fry in oil. Serve with coconut, tomato and bread after the frying is finished.

If you want to cook the vegetable coconut in the oven, lightly heat the oven to 3 degrees Celsius to warm, then grease the mold with liquid oil and pour the coconut into the mold. It takes about 1 to 5 minutes to fully cook the coconut in the oven. After the coconut is cooked, allow to cool slightly, then cut and serve in desired pan.

Nowadays, you can buy vegetables without the hassle of going to the grocery store, but if you want to make your own vegetable size, you should use vegetables such as coriander, parsley, and leeks in equal proportions. For example, make 1 gram of each vegetable listed above. Adding fenugreek also tastes good to Coco but it should not be too much (about 2 grams is enough) because it makes Coco bitter.
