    Red cabbage
    Enough red vinegar

Recipe

 First open the red cabbage and rinse thoroughly, then rinse and dry with a clean cloth. If you want your pickles to look like exterior red cabbage and like restaurants, you should cut the red cabbage into long, thin strips.

After the red cabbage is crushed, mix the red cabbage with some salt in a suitable container. Rest on the red cabbage for about 5 minutes. After it's time to pour the vinegar on the red cabbage.

Pour enough vinegar into the pickle pan to cover the vinegar completely on the red cabbage. After the pickle is finished, close the container door tightly so that the air does not enter the container. Store in a cool, dry place for a week until ready to use.

Alternatively you can heat the red cabbage and vinegar on the heat and cook it for a day. Of course, if you want to make a day of red pickled cabbage, you have to know that the quality and taste of pickles is down.
